2. Using this website
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe products and show photos as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Sizing follows the information on each product page and may differ from South African high-street sizing. If a product is materially different from its description, you are protected by our Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Where other currencies are displayed, they are converted automatically and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate.
- The price shown is the final price for the goods, including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by SeoulMNF.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, for example if stock is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates as set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cooling-off, returns and warranty
Your rights to cancel (ECTA s44), to return goods (CPA s20) and to claim for defective goods (CPA s56) are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are valid for the stated period. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be limited to one use per customer.
9. Privacy
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. We use your details to fulfil orders, provide support and, if you opt in, to send marketing that you can unsubscribe from at any time.
10. Intellectual property
Website content (text, graphics and logos) belongs to SeoulMNF or its licensors. Some product images are supplied by manufacturers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
12. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at admin@seoulmnf.com. We will respond within 3 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the National Consumer Commission (www.thencc.gov.za) or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za).
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
